Aloha, I’m Michael Davidson

I’m a veteran, licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, and guide dedicated to helping others navigate healing and transformation.

Spending most of my life in Hawai’i, I was surrounded by towering cliffs, endless ocean, and the mana that pulsed through the land. After returning from Afghanistan, I felt lost, carrying wounds I didn’t know how to heal.

That’s when I met Al, a beach boy in Waikiki, who introduced me to outrigger canoe paddling. On the water, I rediscovered the ocean’s ability to cleanse, the ‘aina’s power to ground, and the rhythm that quieted my inner storms.

Al’s greatest lesson was to paddle from the heart—to give fully and be present. Paddling became my path to healing, and eventually, to guiding others.

After 23 years of military service, including time in Afghanistan with a counter-IED task force, I struggled to transition into civilian life.

That experience led me to a decade of work with Wounded Warrior Project and Team Rubicon’s Clay Hunt Fellows Program, supporting more than 250 veterans through life changes.

Through these experiences, I found my true calling: helping people move forward with clarity, purpose, and emotional freedom.

I believe true healing happens when we let go of past pain and reconnect with ourselves. My work is rooted in creating a psychologically safe space for self-discovery, whether through guided psilocybin experiences or coaching tailored to personal growth.

how i work

My approach is heavily influenced by Hawaiian values—especially Pono (balance & alignment), Ohana (community), and Ho‘oponopono (forgiveness & healing). These principles guide how I support individuals in finding meaning and transformation.

A Journey designed for you

I don’t just facilitate experiences—I walk alongside you in your journey. My work combines:

  • Psilocybin Facilitation – Creating psychologically safe, structured experiences for healing

  • Coaching & Growth Work – Using StrengthsFinder, MBTI, Enneagram, and YouSchool for self-discovery

  • Deep Listening & Introspection – Holding space for honest conversations and emotional breakthroughs

My goal is to help you find clarity, release what’s holding you back, and move forward with confidence. If you’re curious about exploring what’s next, let’s talk.
